A company with true integrity, this is the first time I have seen a management company or manager that not only told the board when they could not do something because it violated the law , the rights of owners or common decency but also stood up and refused to things they considered wrong. Add to this in that they make association records and information of all kinds easy to see and get hold of not only for board members but for every owner. If you want what is best for your association and dont mind managers will stand up for their principals hire these folks.

Since vendors are separate from the manager we are no longer stuck with bad janitors or lawn services or others just because they are part of the management company.
