First when you scream out you're in pain an overweight trainer puts you back on a horse that was a dirty stopper. Second, half of their good trainers left the place.
The charity horse show that is held annually in October, I believe, encourages riders who noted that they will take their screaming or ill-behaved kids to the event who are short on manners and horse education so that someone else who owned or trained horses suffers somewhat.

In addition, they have screwed up billing and don't take credit cards. In fact there is limited grass turn-out that is bad for horses and some good trainers have left there due to the dangerous circus of events including that there is a no smoking sign in the ring but that no one who requires their cigarettes is allowed the time-out to smoke or pee or poop despite bathrooms on the premises.
