Provided by YP.comThey are a dealer for Petsafe, a brand sold in pet stores. However, they also have their own brand of cheap junk. Don't buy the cheap junk. If you want to buy the Petsafe stuff, get it at a pet store and pay someone to install it. You'll save at least $500, and won't have to deal with sense-of-entltled staff, surly customer service, and Now-We-Have-You mentality.
This company used to be a market leader for a reason. Now, they're like Detroit used to be before their wake-up call. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

Provided by YP.comjust wanted to say that im not sure how anyone with a dog and no fenced in yard lives without one of these! love it! customer service is great and service technicians as well. have had to call them out on numerous occasions and they are there promptly and fix whatever has broken. just added our new dog to the system! such a piece of mind to know our dogs are safe and contained!

Provided by YP.comFrom start to finish we’re extremely pleased with the Canine Fence Company. All of the employees we’ve worked with have been great, the sales person, installer, customer service reps and especially the two trainers, as we worked with them the most. We were nervous about whether the system would work for our puppy and now we’re so relieved we installed the Invisible Fence. Our dog loves it almost as much as we do. It has been an amazing customer service experience and we’re 100% confident in the product. Would absolutely recommend.

Provided by YP.comI have had a great experience with the Canine Fence Company. They are always responsive and helpful and have been quick to resolve any issues (all of which were caused by a break in our line due to a anscape change or a battery that needed replacing). When we first got the system, their trainers were very helpful acclimating our sheepdog puppy to his new boundaries. The employees I have worked with or dealt with have always been caring and accommodating and clearly have their customer's and their pets welfare in mind.

Provided by YP.comThe only thing that is superior to the product is the quality of the service. As a first time dog owner I required more than the average amount of care and patience. The staff genuinely care about the customer and the dogs - and it is reflected in every interaction - be it call center, training or service call. Thank you for keeping my pooch safe and happy!

Provided by YP.comThank YOU CANINE FENCE!!! Your Fencing System AND Training have not only given us such a peace of mind, but has also kept our dog safe! It's amazing how well trained she is only after 3 sessions! It's been 2 years now and never once has there been a mis-hap....even with all of the snow banks this winter! And, to top it off - the indoor fence is keeping our dog safe from getting into my son's Lego's!!! If it weren't for Canine Fence, I honestly don't know if we'd be able to have a dog and keep her safe! THANK YOU!!!!..........

Provided by YP.comthe invisible fence is great and it works, ask my dog, the canine fence co. is great as well, but the training is the most important part, and if your collars where working and the dog was off the property, you didnt train the dog correctly, take some time, train your dog the correct way, dont spend it ripping a company who did nothing wrong, nothing was wrong with your system in the 1st place, right?

Provided by YP.comhave always had a physical fenc, but one day my neighbor brought my welsh-corgis home from an adventure because the lawn guy left the gate open again. We had taken extra measure to ensure that the lawn guy understood the importance of shutting the gate - requiring them to carry a key to actually unlock the gate, firing them, etc... The solution? I called The Canine Fence Company and had them install an Invisible Fence system. Now my dogs can enjoy my front yard as much as my back yard and I do not have to worry about them running into the road or after a jogger or kid riding thier bike! It is worth every penny and they have been in business for 25 years, have a fully staffed customer service center and people who genuinely care about my welsh-corgis. That is a formula for success

Provided by YP.comDO NOT BUY THE ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN! Exactly one week after ponying up several hundred dollars for
the annual service plan, I was billed for a service call because one dog was off-premises. I wanted them to
check that the perimeter fencing was intact. The dimwit serviceman put both dogs in their crates in the garage
AND THEN TOOK THEIR COLLARS OFF AND LEFT THEM ON TOP OF THE CRATES WITH A NOTE:
"Both collars work". Well, I knew that! And what's more apparently this unhelpful service call was not covered
by the annual service plan that I had just paid for! Buy deer fence! These people do not deserve to be in business.
The Canine Fence Company has been providing valuable customer service for over 25 years and prides itself on keeping over 50,000 dogs safe at home each year. In the information provided by this consumer, the serviceman was asked to confirm the perimeter wire was intact. If the perimeter wire is not completing the loop to the transmitter it emits a warning signal to alert our customers to the problem. There is no mention of the warning signal and the double checking of the collars confirmed that the perimeter wire was intact and functioning properly. If it was not functioning the collars would not have been able to pick up the signal. Without knowing the specifics of this customers system I am unable to comment on whether it should have been covered by the Service Plan.
