Wilson Ortho will never survive the management and doctors they have running the show...Dr.'s doing surgery on the wrong body parts and then not sticking around after surgery to tell the patient. But, he's about to retire anyway. Also, if you have ever been there and paid a substantial amount of money, you may want to call them. If you overpay them, they will not refund the money unless you call and ask for it back... Is this really where you want to receive orthopaedic care?

Was patient of Jim Kovach, he did MRI, sent me to a neurologist, who then referred me to another physician who requested me to bring my medical records. I called, the medical records individual told me there was a $10.00 charge, I said OK, then told me a minimum of 72 hr wait, they had better things to do than copy records. Told her it was an emergency and she hung up on me. I have called and left messages for Sharon Scholar who I was told by receptionist is head of this organization, no return calls. Kovach is good, it appears those other, especially the medical records individual needs to learn that when a person's life is on the line, some of the other things to do could be left undone for a short enough time to copy a few medical records, and there are not that many for me.
