I went in to Whites Tire Service in Wilmington, NC, to get tires put on my cars and balanced. I come back to pick it up and no hub caps on. I went in and ask why and was told that some clips were broken. Funny I have had that car 3 yrs and sears has never broken them. He handed me my keys and my key chain has been broken, and I asked him what happen to this. He said, must have fell off. I know it is just a key chain, but heck, this is just bad customer care. I told him ya'll sure are rough on things here, and he had no comment. He kept on telling me the clips on the hub caps get old, and on and on. I know I am a woman, but I am not a stupid woman. You can look at it and see that on every hub cap there was a broken clip and it was just done, not dirty with grime, like one of them were. He had no comment after I told him, look this is a new break on the clip and this is what an old one looks like. He had no comment. I put 2 hub caps on myself, with just snapping them on with my hands, and he was still on the back hub trying to get it on with a mallet. I told him I will never bring my families business back up here. I got in my car and left.
