We were out of town and my dog hurt his paw. We came to EC Vets and they got us right in. The staff was so nice and made us feel right at home. We appreciate the great care you gave our dog child.

I have Been to EC Vets 3 times over the last year (dog with Copperhead Snake bite, suspected antifreeze poisoning, and cat with a broke jaw). I have been 100% satisfied with the professionalism of the Vet and Vet Techs and the treatment/service my animal and I received. Would recommend to others!!!

Horrible customer service, vet techs have awful attitudes, vet never saw my dog and the tech wanted to the diagnosing, the last I was there the vet wanted to examen my dog without me present, would not recommend !

If you have a choice I suggest going somewhere else. I felt they weren't very nice. There was another patient in the waiting room later on and she was down petting it and being very detailed on what the pet parents needed to do once they left. I felt like we were rushed and it's almost like we were a burden. She didn't help make me nor my scared dog feel at ease
