I have had Simpson Plumbing come out on two different service calls. I have been pleased with their service both times. The first was a toilet installation. I had purchased my toilet from LOWE's and called Mr. Simpson for the install. He and assistant arrived promptly, they installed the toilet and a kitchen faucet. They were extremely nice and protected my floors and cleaned up everything when they finished.
I was impressed, but even more impressed when I came home from out of town to find a water leak. I was able to troubleshoot myself and determine that it was a leak and shut the water off and I texted Mr. Simpson. He sent a tech. out promptly the next morning @ 7:40 a.m.
It was a broken ice maker water line under my house spraying in the crawlspace. The technician had everything he needed right on the truck and commenced to fixing the line. He was also very polite and took his shoes off when coming in the house. I have been very pleased with the service, the prompt response and price. They are very reasonable and fair, so if you need a good reliable plumber give Simpson's Plumbing a try.
