Company is not very reliable. We visited their location and asked some questions as we would like to have our kitchen cabinets replaced. We were told that we would have an estimate in approximately 3 weeks; it's been 2 months with no success. Calls go unanswered and no response provided. While they may perform well for some people, this type of customer service is simply unacceptable. Better to find out this is how they prefer to conduct business than to hire them and find out later when we actually have a project going. We are currently receiving estimates from other cabinet makers and will choose a more reliable/dependable company.
