The woman who picked us up was texting and driving number one... Number 2.. She stole our property my that was left if the cab... We called literally 30 sec after she left and spoke with dispatch who said she was on the way back with our stuff and they hung up on me. 15 min later still no cab and I called dispatch again and they said she was on the way again. 10 min later no cabbie... Called again and they hung up on me several times and then told me the item was taken by other passengers. This is the worst service ever and I know she stole our bag and dispatch was so rude and wi make sure their service is hindered in the future when my father who writes for Wilmington news does his report in this situation.
