I just opened a new business account at this bank and probably one of the best decisions of my life, I had a business account at wells Fargo for the last 10 years and they left me high and dry during this pandemic, I was on the verge of losing my small business and they offered me no assistance and kept denying me for the ppp loan 5 times to be exact. As I was standing in my store one day last week an amazing young lady walked in to tell me about the bank that just opened up around the corner from me fast forward to a week later I have been approved and received my ppp loan through united bank, have a new business account and have already received business checks for my new account and they have walked my through every step of the way. I just can not say enough good things about this bank! If it was not for them I would be closing my store right now, instead thay have given me new hope that it will survive these hard times.
