I would like to add to my original review that they commented back to me over a year later. A man named Brandon. Saying that I should not have made the comment because I didn't make a purchase. Yet we paid for the fridge for them and you would have known that had you gotten back to me more recently than a year and half later. Most of your reviews are bad on Google and Facebook. So everybody can't be lying.

They sold my 8 month pregnant daughter a broken dryer. She paid for delivery $125 now they want her to pay another $250 to transport it to be fixed! They sell broken stuff on purpose to make $$$$$

We purchase appliances consistently from S&D and have had no issues. We are smart enough to follow the rules plainly stated on the invoice.
