I literally never get assistance in this store. I have to ask 3 - 4 times for an employee to help out with the the fish or getting an item from the upper shelves. After 25 minutes of waiting... I just bagged my own fish and walked out. No one noticed since the employees were at the front screwing around with each other.

One of the staff told me a bunny was a female, now i have a male bunny that i need to get neutered. :/

I have shopped this pet store for about three years. I recently had a problem with the store management's indifferent and overly defensive reaction to a complaint about a service and one of their employees. I called corporate offices to register the issue. I never received a call back.

I adopted my cat there 6to years ago and have never shopped at any other pet shop since. The people in there are great! Genuine, down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I can always find what I need and if I can't they will find it for me

Best Pet store in Wilmington! Its always fun taking my kids in to see the pets. They are always well taken care of and the staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Small size store in scale, but still large variety food and treats that my picky dogs love. I get good recommendations when Im in.

I absolutely love this store! The prices are so reasonable and they have a wide selection of products for any pet that you have. I have a cat and a bird. I drive there to get the best prices on bird toys and love the wide variety of cat toys! The store is always neat and clean. The staff is knowledgable,friendly, and very helpful. I drive 45 minutes one way just to shop there! Great place!
