An abysmal practice with rude, condescending staff. Attempted to obtain a referral to an orthopedic surgeon after breaking my leg over the weekend only to be treated so rudely that I opted to change doctors instead of continuing to deal with the madness.

I am being seen by ortho wilmington for some back issues but was looking for a primary care dr to handle my cholesterol issues. When I arrived for my first appointment I was met in the lobby & told by the nurse I was wasting my time & that I should find a dr elsewhere because they don't take pain management patients. I tried telling her I am already being seen by an orthopedic for my back but she just kept repeating I was wasting my time until I finally got up to leave. Now I see why the lobby was empty, they don't want any patients

Nice staff and very concerned

Dr. gutsin was very professional and friendly as was the staff. Highly recommended to all sick people.
