Bought a Pandora bracelet a few weeks before mothers day in 2015.very soon after I bought some thingies to go on bracelet. Well turns out bracelet was too small. Couldn't find the receipt for bracelet which was paid for with cash. Other thingies that were bought were paid for with credit card and they were in their computer but they said the bracelet was not and how did they know I had bought it there. Yes 2015 was a while back but I tried to deal with them over a year ago. Well guess what,Went to Reeds to buy another one for her and the manager traded it out for a larger one.Was so happy I spent way more money with them than the bracelet would have cost.Now that's service and integrity which those people at dragonflies obviously do not have. DON"T SHOP THERE. Not for me but for yourself. They suck.Oh,that should be NO stars.

Although they have cute merchandise, I was thoroughly disappointed in how over priced everything was. My daughter received a gift from this store. It wasn't what she wanted and they refused to refund. They told us they only do exchanges. There was nothing else in the store either of us desired so we were stuck with the item.
