I live in Wilmington and have always been very adamant on giving my business to our local businesses, but let me tell you Evans has really disappointed me! The customer service is despicable and the lack of communication that is received is absolutely horrendous. I dropped of a chainsaw 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything, finally called today to find out that they haven't even fixed it yet and ordered parts without discussing/approving pricing with me first. You call into this place and get nothing but attitude! It is very aggravating, to say the least, that this place does not pride themselves in their business. They need a serious change, I can see this place closed in the next few years. I will be taking my business elsewhere along with filling in my friends and family on how awful this place is.

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN????

I agree with the other review, staff is not friendly at all.

I've spent thousands of dollars at this place buying small equipment but not any more. The girl at the counter ( Diane ) i believe is her name, needs a serious attitude adjustment ! I've had machines worked on only to get them back incomplete with wires hanging out everywhere because they couldn't figure out the problem. They told me they would pick the mower up at the end of the season to finish the work, that never happened.. And with the bimbo answering the phone it's painful just to call them !! I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !

owner is ignorant asked him a question and he just walked past me like i wasnt even there not to mention the workers there took there sweet time tryingto help me i ended up leaving so dont waste your time at this place especially when they act like there better than you il drive a hundred miles farther than go to them
