Provided by YP.comWill never go back due to crappy customer service. Today I went in to get a special bottle for a celebration gift. I asked the dolt sitting at the register with locating a particular spirit and her reply was, "it's there somewhere." Well, so will our future business and that of all our neighbors. Good luck paying for that major renovation with fewer customers.
I would like to apologize for both, the poor service you received and the amount of time it has taken to respond to this. The media side of the company has just switched control so we are trying to catch up. In regards to the poor service, I once again would like to apologize for that. The associate who was responsible has moved on and we have a new staff now that would be more than happy to try and make amends with you if you would give us a second chance!
