Community Service Parking garage is located on Orange Street between 11th and 12th street. The Hotel DuPont and the Playhouse on Rodney Square are a half block from the garage. Chemours offices are in same building in which the DuPont Hotel is located. Rodney Square area is a one block walk. Tonic Bar and Grille is located in the retail space on the street level of the garage. Limited monthly parking is available and daily parking is permitted with no overnight parking allowed.
