Provided by YP.comI ordered flowers for my fiancé in the Philippines for Valentines Day. They were delivered a day late and the flowers appeared to be scraps and were dead and wilted. The water tubes were piled in the bottom with no water at all. The candy was supposed to be in the heart shaped container and and wasn’t. The teddy bear was just as dead as the flowers.
