Called in and no help, looked online and no help. Most unprofessional staff. I will be alerting Tricare (insurance company) to do an investigation and potentially drop these providers. As well as writing as many reviews online as humanly possible. Never been treated so disrespectfully by someone who answers phones for a living. When I had a CT Scan w/ contrast, I called twice for results. Never received a call back from the NP but I did receive a letter via USPS 8 days later saying I was okay. No follow up treatment of tests. To this day never got any answers. I called today to schedule an appointment or have a script called in for a cold sore.. they are not available to see me until the end of May. When I asked to speak to an office manager or a nurse they took my information and will "call me back" Unlikely to happen since they wouldn't even call back with test results.
