These folks are great. They came up with a great solution and did the fix when they didn’t have the part I needed. Good old-fashioned service with a smile. Support a local business that has people who care and use their brains.

This store is an Old Fashion hardware store with EVERYTHING you could imagine, but the what sets this store apart and makes Home Depot and Lowes pale is the customer service you receive at Fairfax Hardware Art (the owner) and Ken (with the pony tail) are superfluous in the amount of customer service they provide, a lost art brought back to life at Fairfax Hardware. It is worth a visit and their prices are competitive. They are conveniently located in Fairfax Shopping Center on Route 202 (Concord Pike) with easy access off I-95

I have never once walked into this store and been unhappy with customer service! The staff goes out of their way to be accomodating and helpful.

The inventory is impressive as well!
