Wow...writing reviews such as this violates my steadfast rule to not do so. But the last reviewer's assessment of the store operation is so inconsistent with my many years of working with the staff, that I feel compelled to do so. I have referred at least a dozen colleagues--all of whom shared my enthusiastic endorsement of this store.



These guys know their facts, have always been very patient and fair.

I found that the people working there were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would ask to see a phone and they would go "no you don't want that phone" and then I'd ask them a question about a phone and they would fight with me about the answer. They were misinformed and not up to date on their new devices. When they couldn't answer my question about the phone, they made up excuses for how the phone is just incapable of the task. You would think they would try to sell their products to clients instead of shooting down everyone of their ideas. I would never recommend this store and even if it is close by, the extra ten minute drive to somewhere else will be worth it.
