Provided by YP.comAbout 1 year ago I bought a 60 inch big screen projection TV from this company. Approximately 4 months later the picture went out and I had to pay $300 to have it repaired by them. Then 3-4 months later it went out again. They wanted me to pay another $300 to fix the same problem. I decided to just give up on it.
4 months ago I needed another TV. As a single mom with 2 kids spending $500 on a TV was a splurge so I went to them again and got a 50 inch LCD TV. 3 1/2 weeks later the picture started going out. I took the TV back to them and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it so I brought it home and immediately the picture started cutting out again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM NIGHT EYES TV SERVICE IN WILLS POINT TX!!!! They appear to have a nice scam operation going and I fell for it!
Our warranty policy is 90 days on pre-owned tv. Customer knew that when she bought it. You can not expect a year warranty on pre-owned merchandise. If you had come to us during the warranty period it would have been fixed under warranty. But you wait 8 or 9 months to complain? You knew our warranty policy on pre-owned units up front and agreed to it. We monitored your second unit for 3 days and found no problems with it. I can't fix what I can't see happening. Maybe you have electrical issues in your home which again would cause the power failure. There again, if we had found a problem with your unit, it would have been taken care of at no cost to you.
