Wow! I am impressed. I have never allowed someone else to groom my dog. I did it myself until I had a mild to moderate stroke last year. Then, I found I could not do it anymore.

Angel was a mess! Her hair was "out of control" and her nails were not much better. So, how do you choose a groomer? It is hard! This place does not look like much but I am happy to say that I have found the place that takes care of my dog...forever. There were (3) people out in the open (One guy and two girls) and they were nice. She was in by 10;00 and out by 3:00. Yes, I made an appointment. She had a bath, her nails cut...her ears cleaned and her hair cut. All...for a very reasonable price. This is "My Groomer"!

To the person who said that the groomer hit your dog are u on crack? I know for a fact this has NEVER happend!!!! Teresa is amazing with dogs and she has even taken care of my dog when i had to go out of town I trust her fully!!! She has rescued countless dogs also!!! I have also seen her run in the middle of vinestreet to save a dog running loose to stop the cars from hitting it!! So whoever you are i know for a fact your statement is so not true!!!! I am not sure if u are a groomer in the area and are trying to hurt her business or what but it wont work because anyone who knows Teresa knows this would NEVER happen!!!

I brought my dog in prior to not knowing this groomer or how she grooms. I am a new groomer in the area.. I walked in and I saw her hit my dog as right across her face. The grooming was absolutely terrible, My dog does not bark or bite and she treated it like dirt. Do not take your pet to this place.

After losing my german shepard of 12 years, I adopted a standard poodle 7 months later. I have taken Trixie to several grooming places in Lake county. I was very dis-satisfied with most of them, and the one place I was happy with had her until 9:26 p.m. when I recieved the call that she was done. Dont get me wrong, she looked beautiful, but you can imagine how upset I was that she was there for almost 12 hours. You can believe I never went back to that place in Willoughby Hills again. So,with all what I said, you can see how tosed and turned I was about taking her somewhere else. I found The Pooch Parlour here,and read the reviews, and decided to call and make an appointment. I was told I can come in that same day. Weary about another failure, I took my baby there. Like the other review, I was dumbfounded with excitement. My baby has never looked so beautiful before. What I didn't know until I picked her up was that she specializes in hand scissoring. I have told my family what a wonderful place it really is. The price I paid was actually very reasonable. I pre-booked my next appointment as well.

I was driving down vine st. when I noticed the sign out from that said "Walk in's welcome." That is when I decided to call just to get prices. I had several appointments with my normal groomer that were canceled on me. With using the same groomer for over 6 years, you could imagine how nervous I was. When she told me about half of what I was paying, that is when I decided to give them a try. Words cant even begin to tell you satisfied I was with the way my newfoundland, Precious looked. I would recommend this place to everyone who has a dog. THANKS ALOT POOCH PARLOUR!

I stumbled upon the Pooch Parlour by accident. What A lucky find! My pomeranians have been to some of the best and now have found THEIR GROOMER. We WON'T go anywhere else. I have never seen my two boys look so handsome. (They also handle larger breeds very well, as I have seen.) Great demeanor and knowledgeable. They bond easily with any breed. TRY THEM!
