We have been customers of Papa Joes in Eastlake for years and the food is excellent. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit but it's worth it.

good food. But service was very bad. i called to place an order. the guy that answered the phone was very rude. when my husband came to pick up the order they couldn't find it. so he made another trip back home w/o any food. i called the store back and they had misplaced it. so he made another trip back to pick up the food, and they did't plan on discounting our food for all the trouble. i don't recommend this location.

I did have to wait a little longer then expected but the food was hot and really good so it made up for it....unless I was just really hungry!
