From wireless multifunction equipment, and shredders to Samsungs newest tablets. The parking suck but its worth it.

We have purchased both copiers and fax machines from Wagner. We have recieved quality machines and recieved to notch service when ever needed. Supplies when needed arrive in a timely manner.

After dancing around with other outfits and getting the run around it is a pleasure to find Wagner. Unassuming but eminently competent, these guys keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. They are prompt and their suggestions are thoughtful and economical. Highly recommended.

I called the manufacture of my fax machine (brother) with what I thought to be a minor problem. After a good 45 min on the phone talking to someone who spoke very poor english, and getting nowhere...I asked for a service center I could take my machine to.When thay gave me the number 773-581-4111 Wagner

I know my typewriter is a thing from the past but its my right arm to me. When it broke I was lost, I did not want to take the plung and even think about a computer. What to do...I called the old number on the sticker on the back of my old Olympia only to find a voice that said Good morning Wagner Typewriters. My father purchased the machine back in the early 1970s, from the same place.I was taken back how thay answered the phone, well with typewriters being a thing from the past, but I was glad Wagner was still in business. I talked with an Eric Wagner I would guess the owner. When I asked him if they still repaired the old ones like my manual Olympia he said all day long, thats what we do here!! Outstanding
