NEVER use Kowloon Cleaners in Willow Grove! I just paid an outrageous $30 for them to destroy the buttons on 2 coats. And 1 coat was covered in cat hair when returnd to me. Not only did they not bother telling me about the damage, but when I showed them, he lied and said there were no buttons damaged, that there was paper on them that he removed??? He offered to clean the cat hair covered coat again but no refund/discount at all. Yes, please reclean my coat and destroy it further! Went there to support local family business...BIG MISTAKE! Please warn your local friends!
