Eat it! Literally.....

I was hesitant to go to this particular Carrabba's because of the poor review that was given by the only other person that posted a review on this site. But after being convinced to give it a try by my girlfriend, I am thoroughly impressed and glad that I didn't let one persons opinion of this place ruin a great meal for the two of us. Our waiter was extremely friendly and our food came very quick. All of the things we ordered were correct, hot, and tasted great! There was even a manager that made it his point to check on all the tables and make sure that everyone was enjoying the meals (even though the waiter did check on us several times during the meal). This was a great experience for us, and its worth checking out.....we will be going back there soon for sure.

THE WORST!!!!

On Sunday December 21, 2008 at 6:00 pm I took my wife and two daughters to this Carrabba resturant for our pre Christmans celebration. I had eaten at the Carrabbas in Lancaster Pa a month earlier and was very pleased so I figured as a chain the resturants would have had the same similar consistancy,I was wrong. There was about 15 tables seated in this resturant and not busy at all. The waitress was nice enough. We had appitizers which were ok expect for the Calamari Recardo which was tough and soaked in some sauce that had too much vinager in it. Ny wife and one daughter ordered Canaloni and I ordered the Risotto with seafood. It took approximately 45 minutes after our appetizers for our entrees to arrive. when they did the Canaloni that my wife and daughter ordered was cold inside and the risotto I ordered was overcooked and had so much tomatoe sauce added it was like mush. I can't figure how you can take 45 minutes for entrees to come in a non busy resturant and have them cold while the other dishes we over cooked. There was a young lady working there who was walking around chewing gum and constantly twurling her hair while she was standind at the prep station. She said to offer the ladies a salad when we sent the canaloni back. I guess shew was a manager. The waitress didn't come back to us ask us how our food was or anything until she wanted to bring us the check. I feel this particular Carabbas did not have quality control and that the personnel didnt care how the food tasted and if their customers were satisfied. We won't visit this location again but we will go back to the Lancaster location whwer they cared and the quality control was in place.
