Horrible thief and liar. Took $22,000.00 in Oct. of 2017, It is now May of 2018 and still no usable pool - that turned out to be a foot and a half shallower than the 8ft. we have a contract for. He didn't even tell us about this. He was just going to install the liner - knowing we were planning on letting the kids dive in this pool. Just lies and a hole full of water in my yard. We still don't have all the pool equipment we paid for. Lies about coming when he decides to answer the phone. I called the sheriff for theft and fraud. The BBB, The attorney gen. and my Attorney. I want everyone to beware of Aqua Pros, LLC and his other company mk construction group of Willoughby Oh. I just wanted a pool for my grandson, and all I got was taken!
