Day before Thanksgiving, no appt. left. Corey (tech 35) added me to his list saying he might be late but I was desperate. Called at 10pm near my house, arrived and went straight to work. Polite, professional, answered all my question, helped me problem solve to avoid issues in the future. If there’s a next time, I’ll ask for him.

We had a nice little visit with Corey (Tech #35) at our house a while back. It was a drain cleaning party and Corey was the guest of honor. He did an amazing job. The clean and functioning drain are a testament to his expertise. Thank you Corey!

Tried some local plumbers first, had to leave messages and they either did not respond or did not want to do a smaller job. Roto-Rooter answered the phone and scheduled an appointment next day. Corey showed up on time, did the job very well and efficiently. He was polite and professional.

I called Roto-Rooter when the drainage pipe connected to the washing machine in the basement was over flowing and flooding my basement. There was no one available to come out the day that I called so I set up an appointment for the following day between 5-7, the technician did not show up until almost 9 pm and was there until almost 11 pm, this is the only complaint I had as I had to get up early for work the next day. Once there the technician brought his equipment down and found with the camera that there were roots growing into the drainage pipe leading to the septic tank, he got to work getting the roots out of the tank and now the water is flowing as it should... and not onto my basement floor thank you roto-rooter!

We very much appreciated the prompt same-day response to unplug our pond drain that began to overflow and seep into the basement. Corey was on time and professional and explained to me what he needed to do to remove the blockage. Very pleased with Corey and the local staff and recommend Roto-Rooter highly.

Corey, Tech 35 arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, informed me of potential problems and advised me regarding options. It was informed choice worthy of a doctors office! Corey is a true professional. He explained the situation, solved the problem, and advised me regarding prevention in the future. There was a complication, and I realized he could have walked away (pedestal sink not standard installation), but he told me the risks and I asked him to continue. By now, I had compete confidence in his skills and was willing to accept the consequences if the pedestal broke. It didn't. Corey did find another problem with the install, which he fixed, and he cleaned everything up meticulously.

I had called a plumber, who told me to call Roto-rooter because they have specialized equipment to solve any drainage problem. More expensive, but worth it, and if the plumber coldn't solve the problem I'd have to call R-R anyway so might as well go straight to the experts. Glad I did.

The technician showed up on time and was very helpful. He solved our problem promptly and courteously. We were very happy with the service and would use them again if needed

Customer service provided was fantastic, from scheduling of service over the phone, to the technician that arrived to fix my plumbing problem. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and more than willing to explain the neccessary work to be done, in a language appropriate for the plumbing illiterate. I also appreciated the notion of a guarantee for the work that was done, as they were only minor repairs but still seemed costly. The only reason I did not provide 5 stars was due to the cost of service, as my "handy" friends advised me since it was such a short repair, it could have been repaired for considerably less. However, you nice thing is that you know what you are going to pay as soon as the technician arrives and assesses the problem, and then there is no obligation to use their services if you choose not to, without any charge. So I felt like I paid for the reassurance of a reputable company, a guarantee, and quality customer service..which in the end is worth more than anything! And my toilets all now flush properly with no running:)

I had problems with an 85-year old sewer pipe and main in my house. Two knowledgeable and courteous Roto-Rooter plumbers showed up promptly, assessed the problem, made recommendations, and oversaw a major replacement of my sewer main. Additionally they isolated and repair other problem spots in the plumbing system. Highly recommended. I'll definitely use them again if I find myself in need of plumbing services.

My roommate and I had a clogged shower drain. We tried to unclog the drain ourselves without any success. I called Roto-Rooter, and fifteen minutes later two professional plumbers were at my door. They took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and go over with me exactly how they would fix it. They patiently answered all my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable. After unclogging the drain, they gave me tips on how to keep the pipes clean in the future, and even took the time to check the bathroom sick and toilet to be sure everything else was running smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with the professional and thorough job. I absolutley recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone with a plumbing concern.

We had water backed up in our shower and toilet on the first floor of our house. The kitchen sink would not work either. Living out here in rural northwest Vermont and it being 5:00 p.m., it was very difficult to find a plumber locally that would deal with this or had the right equipment to fix it. So my husband and I looked in the yellow pages and found the Rotor-Rooter add. We called and within the half hour we had a call back. It took the service technicians 1 1/2 hours to get here, due to us being about 60 miles away. They arrived around 7:30 p.m. and our problem was fixed by 8:45 p.m.



The service techs Corey and Kevin were very knowledgable and pleasant to deal with, considering they had a long day already!



If need be we would diffently use Roto-Rooter again for our plumbing and septic needs.
