This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with! They never admit they could have made a mistake and charge exhortation rates for water.

not impressed

I have had their services for 2 years. I constantly have sewage backing up in my yard and have to call them for assistance. At one point someone stole all of the copper from the unit at the front of our neighborhood. We all went 3 days with no water because wagner services did not want to fork up the cost to have workers come in on the weekend and fix it. I was not seriously disapointed until I had a family emergency and had to leave town this weekend. I failed to pay my bill by mistake. I accept that. I paid the 50 dollar reconnect fee and they tell me it could b 24 BUSINESS hours before they restore my services. I have never had any of my utilities disconnected and I feel they should give a little sympathy here and try to get my services back on the next day at least??? OMG is this not humane or what?
