Our studio rooms are like your standard Hotel rooms. A bathroom with jetted tub, closet, and small kitchen area with mini refrigerator and microwave. We do have one, two, and three bedrooms available as well! These options come with a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, full refrigerator, and a pantry. These also come with a patio or balcony depending on the floor your room is on! There are three floors so if you want a specific floor let us know so we can see what we have available! Free wifi is available in all rooms! we run specials year round so be sure to email or call us for more information on specials! There is a boat ramp so you can put your boat in the lake and park it for free at our docks right outside the condos! Grills are available outside next to the lake. Flat Screen Televisions are provided in the room along with Cable, a channel guide can be found in the Information binders in the room! Washer and Dryers are provided in the one, two, and three bedrooms! We do allow children but pets are not allowed! We do not allow smoking in the rooms, it is a $250 fine for smoking in our rooms. We are wheel chair accessible with the elevators and wide doors but we do not have lifts in our bath tubs or pool! Things to do! Just Fun, a Boat and Jet Ski rental shop, is located on the resort at certain times of the year! We have a pool within walking distance so be sure to let us know if you want a pool pass since it is gated. We have a park within walking distance for the little ones to enjoy! A 1900's Paddle Boat is on our resort and goes out weekly on the Lake! Depending on the days you are coming it could be a Dinner, Lunch, or Cocktail Cruise! Some of the restaurants on the lake have docks available so you can dock your boat after a long day on the lake! We are situated in the middle of two local's favorite islands. The locals go out to the islands to have a nice picnic or swim! There a lot of events that go on around town so be sure to ask upon checkin what the big events are! 10 minutes away from the movies, 15 minutes away from Downtown Willis and Downtown Conroe, and 40 minutes away from Houston!
