We have a one year old Maltese. Judging from my daily combing efforts he is not an easy dog to handle for the full grooming process. We have used two different groomers with disappointing results. Perhaps I didn't communicate our expectations well. After researching we discovered Jennifer Shannon and had our first grooming with her today. Dog looks amazing! Exactly what we were wanting. We are EXCEPTIONALY pleased

best groomer ever! they treat my chow like its theirs and she loves them . I couldn't be happier or our chow chow than with the owner Jennifer!

After taking all 4 of my family's dogs here for a year, I have been insulted by the old unfriendly lady behind the counter. My sister adopted a dog from a shelter, and he was in need of grooming. I scheduled the appt & he had been fully vetted. When I showed up I realized I had forgotten his paperwork at my sisters. She's right up the street, but construction had the roads halted. Being a customer & knowing the rules, you'd think they would have done trust a loyal customer. Instead of letting me bring the paperwork for their records when I picked him up, she refused to work with me. Flat out, didn't care if this dog was matted and uncomfortable. All because she refused to believe a long time customer, or allow me to fight traffic and miss his appt time to bring it back. Absolutely ridiculous! The quality of the grooming job has gone down and their prices have sky rocketed. Yet another small company lost to greed. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are cheaper and better right up the road!

We showed up close to closing time and the groomer had left. We had just rescued a Boston Terrier and she was in need of a good bath. The owner took her in and did a wonderful job and was so nice to a scared puppy. Purrdy Pawz went out of their way to help us and that's something you don't find in the big stores. Will be bringing all my dogs here from now on.
