The Food Is good I really can't complain about the food but the Service and the delivery SUCKS!! The people that work there really need to get their act together!! They are rude in person and over the phone!! The delivery Takes FOREVER and I live Close!! I once ordered and didn't receive my food for about 1 hour and a half! And then when it did get here my Garlic Cheese bread was Missing!! They hadn't even done them but they were charged to my credit Card~ Instead of them deliverying them free of charge as a "compensation" for making me wait sooo long and then not show up with half my order- NOOOO They still charged it ans STILL had to wait for about another 45 minutes for them to arrive!!! From Reading all the other reviews I say If Management doesn't do something about the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY ~ pretty soon I don't see this place going to far~ as many stores and restaurants here in Willimantic!! GIANT PIZZA ~ GET GOOD EMPLOYEES AND FASTER SERVICE!!!!
