Only go there if you think your wallet is too fat! I recently dropped off my pickup truck there for a front brake job. When I know that new front brake rotors had just been installed the last time I had a front brake job done elsewhere, the store manager phoned me and told me he wouldn't be able to warranty their work unless I got new rotors on both sides (again). I had emailed ahead asking for an estimate for front brakes only. When I had stopped by to get the estimate the afternoon before the appointment, the store manager said the price could go up if they found problems in the rear brakes. In that phone call, I just told him to park it out front and I'd pick it up. If they want to unreasonably hold hostage a warranty on their work, to require me to pay for unneeded parts - they get none of my business. I wonder why their appointment calendar on the counter was empty, along with their parking lot for two days in a row ??? In talking with a couple of local residents later, they told me the business had a reputation of recommending and doing a lot of unnecessary repairs. They may be pretty much the only game in town here, but do yourself a favor. Drive to a different tire/brakes repair chain in Greenville or Washington and save yourself a bundle of money.
