These guys are rip off artists! They charge you travel time and do not disclose it. They sent two guys and charged $80 per hour per guy. Were there less than hour and the total bill was $150. Spoke with Bill Kranz and he does not seem to care that he is ripping off older people on fixed incomes!

Hands down the WORST company in Williamsport. This guy was the general contractor who built our home and installed (if you can call it that) everything. In 6 years since construction we have had to tear out and replace 30 % of the foundation, replace the furnace and air conditioner due to improper installation, repair improperly installed plumbing causing a flood in our living room, repair electrical work, replace the dishwasher due to improper installation, replace the shutters because only some were painted and installed properly and the others caused primer to run down ands stain our siding, etc.... And the best part is that this guy lives down the street and refuses to even admit that they did anything wrong. Bottom line is they suck. And his kid who works for him was smoking pot while working in our home. We suspect that many missing valuable items from our basement were stolen by him when he was working down there.
