Excellent service! Roger was so helpful in making sure I had the glass shelves made for my china cabinet before my guests visited. He was available on very short notice, even took my calls on the weekend. I called two weeks ahead. He had them turned around in two days! They look great. Exceeded my expectations.

He actually shows up after a second call ("on the golf course" for first call). Identifies door, says he'll have to order the parts and I never hear from him, again. I bought the parts on eBay for $20 and repaired the door myself.

Worst experience ever! Set an appointment a week ago, drove 25 miles, waited 15 minutes for a no show. When I called the business to see if someone was in route, I was told that someone meant to call me and cancel, but he got busy fixing cars. Does not have the common courtesy to call and reschedule an appointment. My time is precious too. One star is to many! Horrible way to do business.
