Great experience at Serendipity. The customer service was excellent. They had a great selection for all seasons. Would highly recommend them.

Great staff - they are very friendly (I have been going back to Serendipity for years now!). There prices may seem a little high, but I have checked around and they are fair... not to mention that their selection is huge! I couldn't ask for more flags and spinners to choose from. Great, local store!

The customer service was fantastic. I needed something special ordered and it arrived in less than 1 week. Total array of flags that I have not seen anywhere else. The flag club is a great deal and it is free.
