Very pleased with the service received caring for our dog (by Dr. Hill) and rabbits (by Dr. Brown). They have been very good about fitting us in wherever possible, especially with rabbit-related issues (small issues can easily turn fatal). They've been cooperative with us using Chewy for medications also. We moved to Midlothian and will continue retaining them for the foreseeable future.

Best Vet Clinic we ever took our pets to. Dr. Gussman and staff are the best. They are all compasionate and kind professionals. We could not be more pleased with the care which our pet received.

The veterinarians at Jolly Pond appear to be from the bottom of the class. For example, Dr. Hill examined my dog on a Saturday and said he would be fine and then he DIED the NEXT DAY. Note that my dog had been under their care since he was a puppy. Dr. Brown, the proprietor, has shown no interest in the matter nor have any of the other doctors who treated him-Dr. Fidler nor Dr.Gussman. However, they are more than happy to take your money but you will not get anything close to excellent service. They just don't care that much. So do your pet a favor and hunt for a GOOD vet or your dog could end up DYING prematurely as well.

Dr. Fiddler was compassionate and comforting during a very difficult time for me and my pet. She helped me prolong his life as long as she could before it became to selfish of me to keep my little kitty man alive. She showed kindness and warmth when it came to the difficult decision to let him go, and when I am able to have another furry friend I will be taking them to her for their care.
