The store is usually very neat and associates are great about helping you with your battery and especially in the rain. Can be a bit slow when busy. Management is TERRIBLE, however. If you get the wrong part or have a question about service or parts its very hard to get a manager to help you in a timely manner. Some associates can be rude and are unkempt at times. I would go here for the prices and things are easy to find, but I wouldn't bring my kids inside.
