Best experience I've ever had at a medical facility. Thank you to the doctors and their team. My kids are looking forward to returning to the DENTIST!

This practice thretens to report parents to CPS if they dont get their childrens teeth cleaned. Absolutely disgusting. These dentists dont care about your children theyll report you to the state and try to get them taken away because all they care about is $$$ A quick google search will show you I am not lying they are even discussing this on their facebook as I type because they've gotten so much backlash.

The office in scranton is terrible, my childs appointment was for 11:25 and almost 2 hrs later they finally call him back. They "accidently" overlooked him even though he sas signed in. My son is hungry since he wasnt able to eat or drink this morning. We were early for the appointment and yet have spent now 3 hrs there. Absolutely obsurd. Need more competent people at the desk. All for something that they said would only take 20 minutes.

Conveniently after changing insurances from Blue Cross and Blue Shield to Chip, I was informed that my child had 7 cavities that needed to be filled. I explained that this was excessive and was not provided with an explanation. I requested a second opinion from a different pediatric dentist in Wilkes Barre who reviewed the x-rays from Smiles 4 Keeps (which I had to request 4 separate times over a 2 month period) who'd informed me that there were only 2 minor cavities which needed to be monitored, and not filled. They deserve a 0 rating, but only allowed to give 1 star. I will be filing a complaint with the Inspector General.

I couldn't be happier with the treatment my granddaughter Izabella had today. What a great team of Doctors, assistants and office staff you have!! Thank you so much! Great work!! See you in May!

This is by far the best kids dentist. I am from syracuse and I looked all over for a dentist here and they were mostly all about the money. Some even let my child leave in pain because I did not have thousands of dollars on hand. This dentist cares about your child first. My son is 4 and had a toothache I called the office on a Friday and was in on monday. Actually just in the nick of time because he got a bad toothache sunday night. I went in at 9 and they had my back by 10. Really not bad for such a busy place. The dentist did all the work that needed to be done and didn't charge thousands. There first priority was getting my son out of pain. He now loves going to the dentist when before I had to drag him. This is truly a wonderful office the staff is so caring and wonderful. They are my saviors. I will travel the 250 miles to see this dentist for the rest of my son's dental exams. They are the best I can't say it enough. I HIGHLY recommend this office. I will forever be greatful.
