From customer service, to the driver,to the time of delivery, from the time of ordering, to the menu. Mind you I use the app called" slice" which by the way is the only thing that worked right at all in this entire set up. So, I order a silcine pizza and sausage hoagie they call me about 1/2 hr later to tell no sausage. Would I like something else? At 1st, I said, no but then, sure just add a slice of cheese cake. She replied, we do not have that. So if you do not carry anything on your menu what's the point?!? Then just add a meatball hoagie. So about hour and half later I have to call to see where the food is and of course the driver just leaving. Ten min later Driver calls me says he out side. I live on 2nd fl of apt building ...you are suppose to come to me? I'm paying right?.. correction paid with cc thru app.Then there is the food which was luke warm and cheese has hardened on both pizza and meatball hoagie. Not to mention the pizza looked like nardones square pizza. In one word,"GARBAGE!!!!!" Never, again not even if Jesus was pouring this water would I drink it from here. The sad thing this was just this time, the last time I ordered from here....Elly's canceled my order because they had no driver ...what kind of business are they running? One star is too good of a rating.
