Super-knowledgeable staff, quality products, and eager to help. We moved here from out of the area, didn't know anyone, and are super glad we found Superior Pools. They cleared the cloudy pool we inherited when other companies couldn't. Definite go-to pool company.

The owner, Mr. Calore, is the most unprofessional person we have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Our pool was purchased and installed by one of their subcontractors. When finished, it was very obviously uneven. After speaking to Mr. Calore, it was agreed that the pool would be torn down and re-installed. The day before the subcontractor came to do the work, my husband called Superior to ask what the new liner would look like. Mr Calore began to yell at my husband saying it was my 10 year old son's (who has many disabilities - is on the Autusm Spectrum) fault that the pool was so uneven! The subcontractor later told my husband that he discovered that his level was faulty. After the pool was fixed, my husband went to Superior Pools to have our water tested where Mr. Calore again began to yell at my husband saying that we need to learn to control our son and accusing us of taking advantage of him and his Subcontractor! I have never had such a heartbreaking awful experience and would wish this treatment on no one.
