I was disappointed that the representative did not show up to several appointments and didn't call to reschedule. In fact, I left several messages to see what was going on thought the course of a week and was polite (even though I got ditched prior to that). I gave them a opportunity to do business with me and went out of way to excuse their bad manners. I don't care if the price is higher elsewhere at this point, I will not use them. They are overlooking professionalism and it will cost them more business.
