Well, it's been 4 1/2 yrs. since we had our house built by Woodframe/Bruce Riddell. We have had many problems before the house was even finished being built. We even had to hire an attorney to get some of the things fixed such as uneven cab. doors-wrong color of roof just to name a few things and apparently he was the one to be taking care of the builders insur. and he was telling us we had to-thank God we had an attorney who knew what he was doing. Now we have a leak in our roof in the hall upstairs bathroom which has been going on for some time now-bricks are pulling away from the garage and you can actually see the house wrapping-rotting wood around the outside of the house-just a few things to mention. Of course my husband was deployed to Iraq at the time so I feel like we were taken advantage of because what started out as a $95,000 house ended up $110,000 house. Now my husband is deployed again and now we ge to battle this company/man again for not doing a proper job of building this house. We were told to use an area builder so we did-he was building in the new addition across from the new high school so we thought he would be good, looked at his work-boy were we wrong. All I can say is that I wish we would never would have use this company, If we could do it over I would definitely choose another builder.
