The Customer Service is horrible. When trying to work out billing issues with the insurance company, I was told to leave and they didn't know what to tell me except my insurance had not paid. I had the insurance company on the phone and they would not even let them talk to anybody about this issue. The insurance company showed the bill paid in full and they were trying to work through the discrepancy. I was told " I'm sorry we can't let you see a manager." I asked multiple times and was denied every time. It was to the point that I was not even being looked at any more.

They had already approved my kids doctor’s appointment a week ahead of time and after I was already there with my kids they told me that they refused to see us. They refused to let me talk to anyone and they refused to talk to my insurance company. They would not answer any of the insurance company's calls, and they ignored my voicemails after I left the office.
When I called the nurse line to ask for a referral for my boys to see a neurologist my response was " I don't know what to tell you if you don't pay your bill." So the front desk had within minutes told no one to talk to me about anything.
The Customer service and management is horrid!!!!! What kind of business won't let you speak to a manager or even try to work with you when you are trying to get things figured out.
Since all of my messages have gone unreturned I assume that no one at the office is willing to try to work out the issue with the billing that insurance shows is paid. I would suggest avoiding this place at all cost!!!!!
It's too bad that a great Doctor has to be associated with a place like this.

I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Egelhof, a doctor at Northwest Family Physicians, for over 40 years and have had nothing but the best care available. I highly recommend him and his associates.

Agreeing with the customer below, the customer service here is awful. I haven't had the best luck with the Dr's either, the nurse practitioners seem to be the only saving aspect of this facility. My first terrible experience occurred after I passed out after several shots, I explained to them it wasn't a fear of needles but that doctors offices and doctors make me very nervous. When I came to, the doctor, and several interns were all crowded around me. I had to ask them to leave, something I hoped that they could have figured out on their own. I went to another doctor here, who when performing a routine gynecological exam took so long, and was so uncomfortable did an additional STD test without my consent, and opened the door MIDEXAM to go retrieve it. This was not my first gynecological exam, and there have been others since, i have never had one take as long, or be as painful as this doctors.

Recently, and what triggered me to write this review was I had to get a form signed for school proving my immunization records. Since the majority of my shots were done here for undergraduate university I called and asked them if they would be willing to sign it. After several phone calls, a nurse called me back and flatly refused to sign anything about my health because I hadn't seen them in several years. I explained the form was about my immunizations, and had absolutely nothing to do with my current health and she interrupted and very rudely told me to basically go have someone else sign it. It definitely felt like she was attempting to hold my records as a bargaining tool to get me to make a return visit. I finally gave up and just asked for a copy of my records.

The nurse practitioners with whom I got the majority of said shots were all patient, professional and polite. However, the customer service and bedside manner of the doctors leaves a lot to be desired. There are much better family physicians offices to go to.
