Ray is the owner and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He never forgets a face or how to keep delicious Cantonese favorites like the foil chicken (my favorite) on the menu for years and years! Definitely a must if you like Asian cuisine!

Living in Wichita, Ming's has become a staple to our diet. We love to eat there and sometimes get the food through take out. There is always plenty in each serving and it is always hot and ready shortly after we order. The people working there are friendly and prompt with service. Great place to eat! Only complaint is they have a couple of days they close, and that is usually when a craving for it hits.

Best chinese food in Wichita! Never a disappointment. If you are brave enough try the 40 star generals chicken.

I have been eating at Ming's since I was a child and I love it. The food has never disappointed. The atmosphere is a littl lacking, but the foil chicken makes up for it.

the prices are great and thefood is the best i have ever tasted. the service and people that work there are also absolutely top rate.!!
