Dr. Franz a extracted a tooth of mine in November of 2008. I was told by the employee at the front desk that my insurance would cover everything 100%. A month later a bill arrived in my mail box. I was shocked & frustrated! When his office called me two times for my six month cleaning I did not return the calls. In early May 2009 a notice was sent to me. It said if did not pay the remaining balance of $50.00 in 10 days the bill would be sent to a collection agency. I called his office to dispute the bill. I said I would pay half of the bill as a compromise. I was told no! The office employee told me I needed to pay the full amount to have any future dental services rendered! I will find a dentist who cares about people! He has no compassion! Mark Howard wichita, Kansas.
