Terrible service after the sal...

Terrible service after the sale. Our window cracked from side to side so my husband emailed first, no reply from Gene the owner. Then he called & left a voice mail & still no return phone call from Gene. I called & left a message with Rick then Gene finally replied to my husband's email & blamed it on his employee. So far no one has called to schedule an appt to come out & fix our window.
