Aliesa George is masterful at improving whole-body health and fitness. I'm a cyclist and do crossfit, and I was having back pain and knee pain. Just after a few private lessons and following her Pilates exercises, the pain had gone away, and I feel so much better. Especially when I have to sit at my desk all day.
