5 star review for an urgent care clinic like this all day long. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Professional and efficient. The facility was clean and the staff was great. Highly recommend.

Have visited here many times and the staff and doctors have always been extremely informative, caring, and thorough. I've always felt comfortable and cared for here. Urgent Cares can be a mixed bag and they've been consistently awesome here

To date I lost 30 pounds with the HCG program. The staff supportive throughout the whole weightloss process. The doctor is very knowledgeable about HCG-. I referred 2 of my friends already. The injections are done very well and I can hardly feel it.

I give Alija Aesthetics 5 stars for various reasons! Excellent services, caring staff, great doctor and the number one reason - effective weight loss program! In less than six months I was down almost 30lbs. As longs as you follow the recommendations given - you will see progress. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You won't regret it - especially when you start getting compliments.

Not only is Dr. Alija or a rockstar but his time with me explaining the procedures is most appreciative. Are usually have lots of questions and he takes the time to answer each one with clarity as I seek to understand and get more comfortable

Dr. Alija and his staff are amazing! I have always wanted fuller lips but wanted them to look natural. I went in to see Dr. Alija and he really took his time to listen and assure me I would get the results I was wanting. I was also worried about the pain I would feel and afraid I wouldn’t be able to handle it. Ms. Julia made sure I had nothing to worry about. She took me to the room, applied some numbing cream and then Dr. Alija performed his magic! In a matter of minutes the procedure was over and I had the results I asked for. As for the pain, well I can honestly say I didn’t feel any. Now one of my top lips did slightly bruise but I was able to conceal it with lipstick. Two weeks later I am loving the result. Several of my friends have noticed “something” different but can’t quite figure out what it is and that was exactly the result I wanted. I can’t thank Dr. Alija enough for giving my lips a touch up!

My son cut his foot at work we had no insurance the ER wanted to charge $1500 just to walk in. The doctor sewed the cut for the fraction of the cost. Thank you.

This place unfortunately is an option for those of us who are uninsured. I brought my daughter for birth control. It took a whole month for her to finally get her RX. When I called to make the appointment for her the front office M.A. made me feel super judged when she found out my daughter is 15. She said "You're bringing her in for that???". I said yes. I should have told her i'd rather bring her in for B.C. than prenatal care. They insisted on doing blood work which I was ok with. But then they wanted to force the HPV vaccine on her and do a papsmear. She is not sexually active yet. I wanted her to be prepared since she has started dating now. I refused both citing that she is not sexually active and she is not getting a vaccine that is fairly new and future side effects worried me. From then on I kept getting the runaround. I came in for a second appointment. They said her results were not in yet to I had to come back another day. I came back and again the results were not in. I asked why make these appointments if you dont have the results? The judgemental MA said that it was the fault of the other MA for not informing me about how long the results take getting in. I left and said I would call in next time BEFORE I make an appointment to make sure the results would be in. The final appointment the results were in. We waited in for an hour before we were taken to the examination room. We waited another hour before the dr. came in. Finally we were seen and got the RX. I know most people would have given up but I felt I needed to prove a point and get the RX. Good thing is none of this cost me anything more than my time. Due to our income my daughter qualifies for the state run program to prevent teen pregnancies.

This place is a SCAM! They claimed I needed to pay a co-pay of $20 AND an additional $180 for a premium. No other facility has ever charged me for a premium, but they said they called to check and that I did need to because my insurance's annual premium had not been met yet. The area is very ghetto, as the other reviewer mentioned, but my husband was experiencing severe chest pain, so we felt like we needed to see someone ASAP. Turns out my insurance never saw a dime of that "premium money" meaning it went straight into their pockets. They did an EKG of my husband, but told him he'd have to wait TWO DAYS to get the results! Chest pain is a serious issue and we ended up having to go to the ER that night. They didn't do squat for us except rob us. Dirty, shady place. Avoid at all costs. The ER is better than this junky hole-in-the-wall. Oh, and then we canceled our follow-up for the EKG results and they billed my insurance for that visit anyway, saying they did blood work on the day we weren't even there! Shady place. Never ever go here, even if you're desperate.

I spent an hour waiting for the lady there to tell me that I need to pay a $500 dollar deductible on a plan office visit. I called my insurance and I was told that for office visit I only pay $25. When I told the lady she said I could pay $150 if I wanted to be seen plus my copayment . I'm her at another walk in clinic that did not give me any issues . They need to have people that don't take advantage of people. If I was stupid than they would have Robbed me of $150 just to have my ears seen. Be careful with this place.
